Ker Recoleta Hotel - Buenos Aires

we appreciated being here. it was immaculately clean with really helpful and attentive staff at the reception desk.

Well, the views were not very good here.

Very friendly staff, everything overall clean.

Everything was nice at this comfortable hotel. A wide range of fabulous options for meal. Cool & quiet rooms with bathroom, a deep well with many floors above, as for instance. Fantastic location nice to have a dip after a day of sightseeing. And near a fantastic steak house, the attractions on foot and restaurants.

Spotless units with terrace.

Booked a room for business meeting with terrace. The hotel had a favourable location just close to Buenos Aires Holocaust Museum.

Sauna, good, difficult to find in other hotels in the center of BAires.

The floor of the rooms is worn out, very old, it should be changed, I saw 3 rooms, it is consistently old.

I specially liked its locadtion since it is near to Santa fe, to metro and train station. It was easy to move around. Additionally, the room we stayed in was big. We stayed in a room for 4 people and felt there was enough room.

Breakfast. It seemed like we had to rush to the restaurant to grab our food before it was either gone or they closed it. Staff at the restaurant were also not very pleasant. Tables were always dirty. We stayed for 10 days and breakfast was exactly the same every day. There was always something missing. We didn´t get coffee one day, the other there was no fruits, etc. I had also expected the hotel to be newer. It is more to the older side with worn out floors, sofas and bathrooms.

Excellent breakfast options, convenient location, refreshing pool

This hotel was modern with efficient staff at the reception desk. We had the triple room provided with terrace, bathroom plus many floors above. Good location, Jorge Newbery airport was 0.5 miles away. The venue was a nice base for enjoying a very nice area. We stayed here for 1 night and greatly enjoyed the place.

The hotel was very well located,out of the busy streets,but close enough to walk to major attractions.

The hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport which was not true. They did however phone and organised transport to the airport,that we paid extra for.They also do not have a facility to book city tours.

The in/outdoor pool, breakfast

Don´t try to have a romantic dinner in the restaurant when football on tv, and it is almost always.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful.

This is not a 4 star hotel, not by a longshot. The lobby was very basic it did not have enough setting area. The "spa" area was a joke: the pool was the size of a child's pool so if you are planning to swim laps forget it, very small. The exercise room was also super tiny. The room was also very small and the bathroom even smaller, the shower head kept falling off from the wall and we told the front desk but it was never fixed. One of the 2 elevators was always out of order. The walls must have been paper thin because they were doing construction in the floor bellow and so we were woken up everyday super early at the sound of hammers blasting that lasted pretty much the whole day, and also every noise everywhere was heard. Breakfast was very dissapointing, not many healthy choices just a lot of sweets. Most important, this hotel is not in Recoleta as the name implies but is more in the city center so the immediate surrounding neighborhood is not as nice as the real Recoleta. This hotel was overall very disppointing.

Location.I Also like the look of the Hotel. Breakfast is ok.

Services. Staff is not friendly, every time you ask a question is like you are bothering them or interrupt their conversation. Restaurant staff is ok. I have to ask 2 times for them to clean the room and for 2 days they didn'T. I ask for towels: they bring them next day. Toilette was flushing all the time (they fixed pretty fast though) Phone no working properly, friends can't call me at all.

Great staff and comfy rooms, but views are poor with no privacy.

The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly.

But they should invest in their elevators, old and very very slow....

I had a lovely time enjoying the tasty breakfast and the cozy mini bar in my room with great air conditioning. The spa area offered a relaxing jacuzzi and soothing sauna that really helped me unwind. The only downside was that my room view was a bit lacking, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊
